Description

Ó is an extra virgin olive oil from our olive trees at Tenuta Montecchiesi. The varieties used are the classic Tuscan ones -Frantoio, Leccino, Moraiolo, and Pendolino—and it is obtained by cold pressing.
Sensory profile

Golden green colour, rich floral bouquet and intense flavour. To the nose, it reveals an intense floral bouquet, fresh grassy scent. The aromatic notes perceived by the nose are confirmed on the palate, a somewhat sharp note adds structure to the oil. Harmonious, complex and well-balanced.
Serving suggestions

Perfect on salads, bruschetta or soups. Definitely worth trying on roast fish and meat
